Bridgeview Real Estate is a privately held owner, developer and operator of commercial real estate in Texas with a primary focus on multifamily, office and mixed use properties. Our investments are opportunistic in nature, and include primarily high quality real estate in core or secondary markets. We provide unique investment opportunities that generate substantial returns on behalf of our institutional partners, private investors, and our own principals. While our principals are individually creative in character; collectively we provide accretive expertise in multiple product segments that span all facets of real estate including investment management, asset management, property management and construction & development. Bridgeview Real Estate was established in early 2011 and currently owns over 850 multifamily units with another 500 units under development. Bridgeview owns nearly 215,000 square feet of office space and has a mixed use redevelopment underway that includes a 200,000 square foot office building, a 155 key Aloft Hotel, 50,000 square feet of retail space and four hundred and nine multifamily units. The value of company assets is in excess of $360,000,000. The Company is currently led by Steve May, Jack Roberts, David Gafford, and Mike Roberts. The Principals are creative in nature and have expertise in multiple product segments as well as differing facets within the real estate industry. While Bridgeview’s primary focus is on multifamily projects, the Principals’ diverse backgrounds allow them to take an opportunistic approach across a multitude of property types. Combined, Bridgeview’s principals have been involved in the acquisition, renovation and disposition of almost 9,000 multifamily units as well as other real estate transactions totaling more than $3 Billion.
