Blue Ridge Industrial, LLC (BRI) is a Dallas-based real estate private equity firm focused on acquiring, developing and managing functional, well-located industrial real estate. Founded by Michael Trapani and Nate Leifeld in 2018, BRI invests in markets throughout the United States.

Since 2018, BRI and its principals have acquired 76 industrial buildings in 6 markets totaling 3 million square feet. Including work for their previous firms, BRI’s principals have acquired 202 industrial buildings in 19 markets totaling 15.8 million square feet.
