Investment Criteria: (1) minimum site size of 7 acres; (2) sites that feature difficult zoning, land assemblage, title or environmental challenges are welcome; (3) submarkets must demonstrate exceptional annual occupier demand and feature project delivery constraints; (4) value-add acquisitions over 100,000 square feet and zoned for warehouse use; and (5) time to obtain all necessary entitlements or major remediation requirements.
