Betz Company began operations in March 2007 in Dallas, Texas. Ryan Betz is active in the North and Central Texas markets searching for development and investment opportunities for residential, commercial, and mixed-use property. Mr. Betz is primarily focused on securing entitlements, utilities and positioning property for development in anticipation of improving real estate markets in 2009 and beyond. Multiple projects are currently under design by Betz Company. Several are 100+ acre tracts planned for mixed use development along the freeways and tollways of North and Central Texas.
