Andy founded Bernstein Investments in 1983 in Houston, TX to develop Shopping Centers. Currently, Bernstein Investments owns and operates retail centers in the Houston and College Station markets for its own account. We are looking for--but not limited to--retail properties with value-add opportunities via renovation and lease-up as well as NNN properties with undervalued leases. After disposing a number of our properties in recent years, we are able to focus our leasing efforts on our core properties to increase their value.
