Benbrooke is a real estate investment and asset management firm focused on the acquisition, redevelopment and long-term stewardship of strip center and neighborhood retail properties in the East Coast and Texas. Our primary concentrations are in Dallas, New York City, Philadelphia, Baltimore, D.C. Metro, and the Carolinas. The Benbrooke organization maintains offices in White Plains, NY; Bucks County, PA; Haddonfield, NJ; Fort Worth, TX; and Charleston, SC.

Value Add: Primarily looking for unanchored convenience and service strip centers with good traffic, access, and visibility. Seeking value-added opportunities either through lease-up or re-development. Willing to acquire properties with acute physical distress, quantifiable environmental problems, and/or extensive leasing risk.

Stabilized: Stabilized or semi-stabilized rent-rolls with sub-institutional characteristics and pricing. Primarily interested in financeable grocery anchor properties.

Transaction size: $1,000,000 minimum to $50,000,000 maximum.
