BBX Capital Real Estate, a division of BBX Capital, specializes in acquisition, ownership and management of real estate, and real estate development projects as well as investments in real estate joint ventures.

BBX Capital Real Estate’s growth strategy is focused on identifying and acquiring or developing primarily for-sale housing communities, rental apartment communities and commercial properties; identifying and making investments in opportunistic real estate joint ventures with third party developers.

BBX Capital Real Estate also has an approximate 50% ownership interest in The Altman Companies which includes membership interests in Altman Development Company, Altman-Glenewinkel Construction and Altman Management Company.
