Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners, LLC and its affiliates (collectively “Atlantic Creek”) is a private commercial real estate ("CRE") investment firm which co-sponsors a series of funds on behalf of third-party investors with the intent of acquiring direct interests in CRE assets. Since its founding in 2008, Atlantic Creek has invested in approximately 40 CRE assets representing approximately $1.6 billion in value consisting of 6,600 multifamily units and 2.8 million square feet of commercial space.

Atlantic Creek, which has offices in NYC and Palm Beach, provides JV equity or preferred equity in “select” value-add and opportunistic properties across targeted high barrier-to-entry markets in the Southeast, Southwest (Texas and Arizona), Interior West (Colorado and Utah), Pacific West, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast.
