Aspen Oak Capital Partners is a multifamily owner/operator focused on underserved communities.  Our principals have decades of experience in the multifamily industry and in the course of owning/operating thousands of apartment units, identified a need for safe, affordable housing with strong community ties.  We believe that we can do well by doing good and take a holistic approach to creating stakeholder value for our residents, investors, and the communities in which we operate.
