Arete Capital Group is a vertically integrated owner, developer, and operator of commercial and residential real estate assets. The principals of Arete bring expert knowledge across multiple different asset classes as well as disciplines of real estate.

Arete Capital Group focuses on value-add acquisitions of garden-style multifamily and self-storage assets as well as ground-up development of self-storage and single family residential nationwide with a focus in the south-east market. Though this is our main target, Arete is an opportunistic investment group and will analyze prospective acquisitions and developments in other asset classes as well as outside of our main geographic boundaries.
