Anchor can provide the capital required to develop a building and offer a wide range of ownership structures to tenants and hospitals as the project progresses. Should a hospital prefer to provide the capital and own the project itself, Anchor delivers the full-service development package on a fee basis, treating every dollar as if it were being spent from our own pocket.
