American Realty Group (ARG) specializes in the development and acquisition of retail centers in the Greater Houston Area focusing primarily on The Hispanic Market. Since 2003, we have developed over 450,000 Square Feet (15 centers) and pride ourselves on having an extremely high rate of occupancy – solely as the result of our site selection process and most importantly our Tenant relationships. We believe in the long-term hold philosophy. Our tenants appreciate knowing that ARG will be their working partner from the very beginning and for many years to come. Looking ahead, through our tenant relationships we hope to expand our business to the outskirts of Harris county and other Texas Markets.
