American Property Enterprises has been active in the Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada real estate markets since 1985, focusing upon the development of office, industrial, retail and multifamily residential properties. During this time the Company has acquired existing, value-added properties for renovation and/or repositioning and also developed speculative commercial and residential properties from the ground up. A hallmark of the Company since its inception has been the diversity of its investments; with the knowledge and successful experience gained from developing a variety of property types, the Company is exceptionally well-positioned to identify and successfully execute mixed-use development and redevelopment projects. The Company is currently seeking new investment opportunities in the southwestern United States including existing value-added commercial and residential property acquisitions, redevelopment sites, land, and both fee and speculative commercial and multi-family development projects.
