American Hotel Income Properties REIT LP (“AHIP”) owns 70 premium branded, select-service hotels in secondary U.S. markets. AHIP is traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol: HOT.UN (CDN$), HOT.U (US$) and HOT.DB.V (Debentures).

AHIP is a limited partnership formed under the Limited Partnerships Act (Ontario) to invest in hotel real estate properties located in the United States with a portfolio of premium branded, select-service hotels in secondary markets with diverse and stable demand generators.

AHIP’s long-term objectives are to deliver monthly U.S. dollar denominated distributions to unitholders and add value through asset management and growth of its diversified hotel portfolio.
