Alpha Wave Investors, LLC. is a Southern California-based private equity investment company. Our mission is to build wealth for our investors through disciplined investments in value-add multifamily and hotel properties located primarily in the western US. We seek to acquire well-located, attractively priced hotels where we can leverage our industry experience to create meaningful value through repositioning, rebranding and intensive asset management. Given the innate volatility of hotels, we use prudent leverage - generally below 65% LTV. Our hold periods normally range from two to seven years. We generally target investor IRRs ranging from 20% - 30%.
