Alidade Capital

Alidade Capital, LLC is a fund manager and registered investment adviser that has sponsored five closed-end funds, the focus of which has been on value-add real estate investments in select secondary geographic markets nationwide. Alidade Capital had regulatory AUM of approximately $610 million as of June 30, 2021. Alidade Capital launched its fifth value-add fund in December 2020.

Alidade Capital targets attractive risk-adjusted returns by seeking to acquire high quality, well-located commercial real estate assets with existing cash flow and by adding value. Alidade Capital focuses on repositioning and creating value in assets that provide direct exposure to innovation companies as tenants, with a bias towards the life sciences and technology industries that typically utilize R&D Flex and Low-Finish and High-Finish Industrial asset types.
