Alessi Organization Management LLC

Since its inception in 1970, The Alessi Organization has been a driving force in the betterment of several Hudson County working-class communities. With our primary focus and lifelong residence being Bayonne, NJ, we strive to set the standard for new development techniques by building and maintaining effective and profitable projects through the utilization of locally accessible resources.

The planning, implementation, and construction of our South Cove Commons Shopping complex provided a foundation for the Alessi Organization's Commercial outreach. Acquisition of several large franchised tenants provided the durability we seek in all of our projects and long-term investments. We strive to create neighborhood shopping experiences and provide services for all of the local communities to enjoy. By creating accessible services for the community, we maintain our goal of promoting local and efficient shopping while maintaining a cost-effective attitude.
