Advanced has experience in all stages of the development process and will consider the purchase of raw land, entitled land, and re-use/redevelopment opportunities. Our primary focus has been on urban in-fill and coastal sites. Our current developments range from multifamily and single-family residential to commercial and specialty use, such as marina and equestrian development. Advanced’s in-house construction/renovation company, R³ Construction Services, Inc., provides best-in-class renovation services to Advanced as well as third-party owners. R³ performs every aspect of property renovation services, from plumbing and electrical to framing, HVAC, painting, flooring installation, and more. R³ boasts a full-service cabinet manufacturing facility and inventoried warehouse.
