By the late 1990’s, American Refrigerator Company ceased operations and ADCO, American Development Company became a full-time real estate company. Today, ADCO owns and manages a real estate portfolio consisting of approximately one million square feet of shopping centers, net-leased pad sites, apartments, flex industrial, hospitality, and mixed-use properties.
