ACF Management
Founded in 1968
Founded in 1968 in the San Fernando Valley suburbs of Los Angeles, ACF currently manages more than 53 shopping centers in 13 states. From California to Florida, from Texas to New Hampshire, you don’t have to look far to find one of ACF’s well-situated retail locations. More than fifty years ago Alan Fox founded ACF to acquire, rent and then sell single family homes in the San Fernando Valley suburbs of Los Angeles. Success with these assets led Fox to transition ACF into the multi-family apartment arena and to expand into new markets in the Western United States. Opportunities in the retail market facilitated ACF’s next transformation into its current focus on neighborhood shopping centers throughout the United States. Today ACF manages more than six million (6,000,000) square feet of real estate and is a major factor in the Denver, Phoenix, Dallas and Kansas City retail markets. ACF’s growth matches national and regional trends. Opportunity in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles in the 1960’s and 1970’s led to national growth. Today, ACF manages more than 60 neighborhood shopping centers located in 15 states. ACF focuses on communities with growing population and growing income levels. Strong demographics and corresponding retail “traffic” are the central elements of its business strategy.
