Flagship was founded in 2011 by David Mincberg and Jarrod Foerster to provide financing alternatives to real estate’s middle market. With disciplined focus, Flagship has deployed in excess of $450 million in the form of first lien, mezzanine debt and equity investments.

As a developer and owner-operator, Flagship Properties Corporation (“FPC”), an affiliated entity of Flagship, has sponsored the development, acquisition and management of over 35,000 multifamily units across Texas, and the southeast and southwest United States. In addition to its focus on multifamily properties, FPC has owned and managed substantial retail, office and land holdings.
